Family Fun Festival - Saturday, June 15th 11 til 2

Got stuff?! The staff at the Byron F Merrill Library are seeking donations now of books of all types, local plants, and gently used clothing as we gear up for our annual Family Fun Festival - it all starts at 11am on Saturday, June 15 here at the library. All these items and more will be sold with the proceeds going toward some special maintenance projects around the building.

Carla and Sheila have perfectly organized their book sale with lots of books for all readers – fiction, nonfiction, cookbooks, and more, plus choices for young readers. Jane Kelso will have some fun crafts and activities planned for the little ones, and Wayne Farnsworth and Brad Eaton will entertain vintage car enthusiasts with their tales of restoring old vehicles – Photo ops available so bring your camera. Local bakers are already planning what they’ll bring for the bake sale – you can be sure it’ll be yummy! Save the date and let us know how you’d like to help. Contact Rachel Anderson at the library at 786-9520 or 726-6895.

All donations may be dropped off during our open hours of Wednesday - Thursday, 1pm-5pm, and Saturdays 10am-1pm.
